42. Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for the Environment when he will be in a position to advise Kilkenny County Council of the arrangements for the 1995 small water and sewerage schemes programme; and the schemes that have been submitted to his Department by Kilkenny County Council. [8450/95]

Minister for the Environment (Mr. Howlin): Kilkenny County Council have submitted two proposals under the 1995 small schemes programme: a sewerage scheme for Ballynamona and an integrated water supply improvement scheme for Gowran, Glenmore and Castlecomer. These proposals are under consideration and a decision will be made as soon as possible.
