Mr. Killeen asked the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to the crisis in relation to public geriatric beds in County Clare; and the action, if any, he proposes to take to alleviate the problem. [4906/95] Minister for Health (Mr. Noonan, Limerick East) Michael Noonan Minister for Health (Mr. Noonan, Limerick East): Responsibility for the provision of long stay accommodation for the elderly in County Clare is a matter for the Mid-Western Health Board in the first instance.
