110. Mr. E. Walsh asked the Minister for Justice if she will have arrangements made to issue a ground rent certificate to persons (details supplied) in Dublin 22 in view of the fact they have been waiting for more than two and a half years; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [2500/94]
