85. Mr. Connolly asked the Minister for Finance the reason a P45 has not been issued to a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if he will make a statement on the reason this has not been issued. [2596/94]

Minister for Finance (Mr. B. Ahern): I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the issue of form P45 is a matter for the taxpayer's employer. They understand, however, that the employer issued the required form P45 on 1 November 1994.
