421. Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Health if the staff nursing levels at a hospital (details supplied) in County Wexford will be increased so that the ratio of nurses to patients particularly for night cover will be improved. [388/94]

Minister for Health (Mr. Howlin): Discussions are ongoing between my Department and the South Eastern Health Board regarding the whole range of services for the elderly in County Wexford and in this context, the question of staffing levels at the hospital referred to by the Deputy will be considered.
