Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry (Mr. J. Walsh): The details of a [705] scheme for the subsidisation of the purchase of milk quota by certain categories of milk producers are currently being negotiated with the EU Commission. It is hoped to conclude these negotiations in the near future.
