Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for the Environment when the sewer extension for Ardmore Road, Mullingar, County Westmeath, which is part of the Clonmore system and which is important for industrial development in the Martinstown area of Mullingar will be sanctioned in view of the fact that the contract documents to service this area are with his Department since 1988; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
