132. Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Health the reason a person (details supplied) in County Cork has not received disabled person's maintenance allowance from the date at which she reached her 16th birthday which was 12 February 1992.

Minister for Health (Mr. Howlin): Payment of disabled person's maintenance allowance in any individual case is a matter for the health board concerned. Accordingly, the Deputy's question has been referred to the Chief Executive Officer, Southern Health Board with a request that he examine the matter and reply directly to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.
