Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for Education if she has received an application for a capital grant from the Glencree Society, Glencree, County Wicklow, to provide an extension to Aurora House; the consideration that is being given to this request; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

Minister for Education (Ms Bhreathnach): An application has been received from the Glencree Society, Glencree, County Wicklow under my Department's recreational facilities scheme. All applications received under the scheme are presently under consideration by my [165] Department and a decision in the matter will be conveyed to the organisation as soon as possible.
