An Ceann Comhairle: Before coming to the Order of Business I propose to deal with a notice of motion under Standing Order 30 from Deputy Gay Mitchell. I call on Deputy Gay Mitchell to state the matter of which he has given notice to me.

Mr. G. Mitchell: I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 30 to discuss the following urgent matter: to ask the Government to immediately reconsider its decision not to allow the President to co-chair a review of the future of the United Nations, given the opportunity that this presents to influence the peaceful evolution of the world and to promote Ireland in a positive way.
