128. Mr. Broughan asked the Minister for Education if St. Mary's national school, Kilbarrack, Dublin 13, will still be in use as a primary school from September 1994, or if the whole building will then be available for community development.

Minister for Education (Ms Bhreathnach): The future use of the school building in question should it no longer be required for educational purposes will be a matter to be decided by the school authorities subject to the usual legal procedures regarding the release of the legal interest of the Minister for Education.
