71. Mrs. Doyle asked the Minister for the Marine if he will agree to local consultation involving the County Council and fishermen, together with the consultant and Department officials, before drawing up the development plans for Kilmore Quay, County Wexford.

Minister for the Marine (Mr. Andrews): Consultants have recently been appointed to undertake the detailed design work for fishery harbour development works at Kilmore Quay, County Wexford. There will be full consultation with the county council, local fishermen and other local interests in drawing up the development plans for the project.
