428. Ms McManus asked the Minister for Education if she will permit County Wicklow Vocational Education Committee to dispose of its school building in [311] Rathdrum, County Wicklow, for use as a cartoon festival centre.

Minister for Education (Ms Bhreathnach): A decision on the disposal of the old vocational school in Rathdrum, County Wicklow by the County Wicklow Vocational Education Committee will be made when proposals for the use of the property have been considered fully.

It is hoped that this decision will be made in the near future.
