Miss Harney asked the Minister for Education if the report by officers of her Department into the loss of a teacher at St. Mary's national school in Saggart, County Dublin, has been completed; and if so, if she will make a copy of this report available to the parents and the school authorities.

The report was in the format of an internal departmental report for information of senior management in reviewing the matter. It is not normal procedure [1187] to make copies of such reports available to parents or to school authorities.
