[212] 264. Mr. Sargent asked the Minister for Education the number of remedial teachers in the country; and the areas in which they operate.

Minister for Education (Ms Bhreathnach): The following statement sets out the current deployment of remedial teachers per county, including the additional 86 posts which are being appointed from September, 1993.
