I have now received over 900 submissions in response to the Green Paper and the education proposals in the Programme for a Partnership Government. I am very happy to assure the Deputy that all of the submissions will be fully evaluated and given the fullest consideration in the process of shaping the White Paper. 136 The preparation of the White Paper is one of my major priorities and it covers all areas of the Department's work. A core team of 11 headed by a member of the top management team and comprising administrative and professional personnel is directly involved in the process of preparing the White Paper under the overall direction of the top management in the Department. In addition, of course, all sections of my Department have access to the submissions and are [136] variously involved as required, given the breadth and range of issues raised.
