Ms. Shortall asked the Minister for Education if she will pay the cost of employing temporary substitute teachers for teachers in the Cabra schools for the deaf who wish to take part in diploma courses for teachers of the deaf in September 1993, as has been the case heretofore; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
