Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice if, in respect of her Department or her Ministers of State, she will give the names of any persons or agents, other than the established Civil Service, appointed by her to any position within the ambit of her Department since 10 February 1993; if she will give their job descriptions, terms of employment and salary scale; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

3 Mr. Timothy Dempsey, Court Crier	£223.58 per week	Appointed as Court Crier to a Judge of the Circuit Court with effect from 19/4/93.
4 Mr. Kieran McLoughlin, Chef/Cook, Prison Service	£255.22 per week plus a rent allowance of £31.61 per week	To perform any duties assigned to him from time to time as appropriate to the position of Prison Officer. The officer has particular responsibility for the preparation and cooking of meals.
5 Ms Frances Sheehan, Staff Cook, Prison Service	£159.32 per week	To assist in the preparation of meals.
