112. Mr. E. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the position regarding a transfer of land for a person (details supplied) in County Cork; and if his attention has been drawn to the fact previous representations have been made in this case.

Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry (Mr. J. Walsh): The legal formalities in this case were completed some years ago and the documents necessary for registration were sent to Land Registry. The transfer was subsequently registered on Folio No. 28996F County Cork. While the folio itself appears to be correct, [447] the folio map may require amendment. I am having the matter examined and I will be in touch with the Deputy as soon as possible.
