Written Answers. - Home Help Cost.

460. Mrs. Owen asked the Minister for Health the reason a person (details supplied) in County Dublin who was approved for home help by the Eastern Health Board is paying such a high rate for this service in view of the fact that he is a pensioner on a low rate of UK pension.

Minister for Health (Mr. Howlin): The provision of home help is a matter for the Eastern Health Board. I will ask the Board for a report on this case. On receipt of its report I will be in touch with the Deputy.
