The Minister of State at my Department, Mr. Noel Treacy, T.D., has the following areas of responsibility: Energy Conservation; Renewable Energy; Energy and the Environment; Petroleum Affairs Division; Irish National Petroleum Corporation (INPC) and in particular the Development of the Whitegate Refinery; Exploration and Mining; Geological Survey of Ireland; Air Navigation Services Office (ANSO); Meteorological Service; Road Freight; Travel, Trade, Bonding and Licensing System.
