Written Answers. - Mortgages Disputes.

99. Mr. D. Ahern asked the Minister for the Environment if he will set up an ombudsman's office or arbitration tribunal to mediate on all issues relevant to mortgages and disputes arising therefrom; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
