Mr. Howlin asked the Minister for Education the reason a grant has been refused to a mature student (details supplied) in County Wexford who intends to pursue a course of studies at St. John's Seminary, County Waterford, validated by Maynooth College and leading to a BA (Theology) degree which will be conferred at Maynooth College; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
