Mr. O'Leary asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he will arrange with the appeals tribunal to give priority to the survey of the remaining district electoral divisions in the constituency of south Kerry with a view to having them re-classified as severely handicapped as a matter of urgency; and if he will make a statement on the matter, having regard to the plight of the small holders in these particular district electoral divisions. As the Deputy will appreciate, the appeals panel is an independent body and will itself decide on the necessity or otherwise for a further survey of the areas under appeal.
