Mr. Taylor asked the Minister for Health if he will have arrangements made for the provision of essential services of a speech therapist and psychologist at Scoil Mochua, also known as the Round Tower Special School, Clondalkin in County Dublin; and if he will make a statement on the matter. O'Connell Minister for Health (Dr. O'Connell): The Irish Association of Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus who operate Scoil Mochua received a grant from the Eastern Health Board of £51,000 in 1991 of which £34,000 was in respect of therapy services at Scoil Mochua. The Eastern Health Board have received no request from the association for a grant for the provision of a speech therapy service. Children who require speech therapy attend the local health board clinic. 1224 With regard to a psychology service, the National Rehabilitation Board provide a psychological assessment service for school leavers in Scoil Mochua.
