87. Mr. McCormack asked the Minister for Justice when he proposes to appoint a garda on a permanent basis at Roundstone, County Galway; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Minister for Justice (Mr. Flynn): The Garda authorities inform me that there is a garda appointed to Roundstone station on a permanent basis. The garda currently serving at Roundstone station has been stationed there since February 1990.
