129. Mr. Noonan (Limerick East) asked the Minister for Justice if he will grant an entry visa to a Turkish national (details supplied) who wishes to come to Ireland to study English.

Minister for Justice (Mr. Flynn): I could not undertake, by way of response to a Parliamentary Question, to give a positive response to an application for a visa in any particular case, in advance of completion of the inquiries necessarily made arising from such applications.
