Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach (Mr. D. Ahern): I move:

That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, the financial motions shall be grouped for the purpose of debate as follows and the proceedings thereon and any amendments thereto shall be brought to a conclusion by one question in each case not later than the times indicated as follows: Resolutions 1 to 6, inclusive, and 16, at 9.40 p.m.; Resolutions Nos. 7 to 15, inclusive, at 10.50 p.m. and Resolutions 17 to 21 at 12 midnight.
