Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for the Environment if he will make the necessary finance available for the provision of a sewerage scheme at upper and lower Kilmacow, County Kilkenny, which is urgently needed and has been recommended by Kilkenny County Council for a long number of years; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
