[696] 61. Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Finance if a person (details supplied) in County Cork is due a tax rebate, and if so, when payment will be made.

Minister for Finance (Mr. B. Ahern): I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that a refund of £54.51, i.e. all tax deducted, is now repayable to the taxpayer. A cheque in settlement for this amount will be issued to him within the next ten days.
