Mr. Farrelly asked the Minister for the Environment the stage planning has reached for the national primary route from Dublin to the Border; where it is going to be built; when he expects work to commence on this project; the projected cost; if he will give details of the works in the County Meath section; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
