168. Mr. Farrelly asked the Minister for Health if he intends to allocate funds for a group (details supplied) in County Meath taking into consideration that there are 40 young mentally handicapped people at home, awaiting positions; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Minister for Health (Dr. O'Hanlon): I understand that the North Eastern Health Board, have allocated £50,000 from their block grant from the proceeds of the national lottery towards the cost of an extension to the workshop referred to by the Deputy.
