Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Health when a decision will be made on the application by a person (details supplied) in Cork in October 1990 for a mobility pension. Minister for Health (Dr. O'Hanlon) Rory O'Hanlon Minister for Health (Dr. O'Hanlon): I presume the Minister is referring to a mobility allowance payable to a disabled person. Payment of a mobility allowance in any individual case is a matter for the health board concerned.
