[2425] 73. Mrs. Fennell asked the Minister for Education whether there are any skateboard parks in the country; if not, if there are any plans to establish them; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

Minister for Education (Mrs. O'Rourke): My Department have no information on the number of skateboard parks in the country and have no plans to provide them. The establishment of such facilities would be a matter for consideration by the local authorities.
