An Ceann Comhairle: Before proceeding with the Order of Business this afternoon, Members will wish to join with me in welcoming the parliamentary delegation from the Soviet Union, led by Mr. Yuri Borodin, a member of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR. We wish them well in their talks in Ireland, and once again I bid them a most hearty céad míle fáilte — a hundred thousand welcomes.
