Mr. McGinley asked the Minister for the Environment whether an application has been received from Donegal County Council to carry out a hydrographic survey at the Erne Estuary which would form the basis of a plan for a sewage treatment plant for the town of Ballyshannon; when the application was received; and when he intends approving the application.
