Bruton asked the Minister for the Environment if his attention has been drawn to the continuing difficulties in obtaining safety certificates under the Multi-Storey Buildings Act, 1988, as in the case of a committee (details supplied) in Dublin 5; and whether he is in a position to help find a resolution to this difficulty.
