102. Mr. Yates asked the Minister for the Environment if a house improvement grant applicant (details supplied) in County Wexford is entitled to any further payments in relation to his house improvement grant; and, if so, the amount and the way in which it can be claimed.

Minister of State at the Department of the Environment (Mr. Connolly): All grants due have been paid. Certain of the works approved were not carried out by 31 May 1990, the final date for completion of works under the scheme and this resulted in a reduction in the grant payable.
