Dáil Éireann - Volume 403 - 12 December, 1990

Written Answers. - Grange (Boyle) Group Water Scheme.

71. Mr. Connor asked the Minister for the Environment if he will sanction funding to Roscommon County Council in his 1991 sanitary services programme for the provision of a colour removal plant on the regional water scheme, formally called and established as the Grange (Boyle) group water scheme but now taken in charge by Roscommon County Council; and if he accepts that this allocation is absolutely urgent in the interests of public health in the service area of this scheme.

Minister for the Environment (Mr. Flynn): No proposals have been made to my Department in relation to this scheme.
