[1240] 212. Mr. M. Higgins asked the Minister for Education if she will grant financial assistance to Scoil Bhríde, Shantalla, County Galway as requested earlier this year.

Minister for Education (Mrs. O'Rourke): The question of the sanction of a grant under the rules for national schools towards site development works to Scoil Bhríde, Shantalla, Co. Galway is being considered in the context of the available capital.

A decision will be conveyed to the school authorities at the earliest possible date.
