Mr. Farrelly asked the Minister for the Environment if a community council (details supplied) in County Meath have applied for funding from the [1209] proceeds of the national lottery; in the event of an application being unsuccessful on this occasion, if it will be reconsidered when funds are made available in the future; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Minister for the Environment (Mr. Flynn) Minister for the Environment (Mr. Flynn) Minister for the Environment (Mr. Flynn): This project was recommended for consideration by Meath County Council for a grant under the amenities/recreational facilities grant scheme 1990. Because of the limited funds available for distribution under the scheme, I did not find it possible to allocate a grant. It would be open to the project sponsors to reapply for a grant in the event of a further similar scheme. Dáil Éireann 402 Written Answers. National Lottery Funding. Questions 19901113
