Tomás Mac Giolla asked the Minister for the Environment if, in view of the failure of his Department to reply to Deputy Tomás Mac Giolla's representations of 5 October 1990, he will outline the date on which a second redrawing of plans for an extension (details supplied) in Dublin 20 were approved by his Department.
