122. Miss Quill asked the Minister for the Marine when the proposed formal investigation into the Ballycotton drowning tragedy is likely to commence; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Minister for the Marine (Mr. Wilson): Senior and junior counsel and a solicitor have now been chosen for the formal investigation.

The completion of the remaining formalities is being expedited.
