86. Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for the Environment if, having regard to the fact that the future development of Waterford Regional Airport has been assured through local contributions and Government grants, he will make a special allocation available to Waterford Corporation and Waterford County Council for the upgrading of the road serving the airport from Waterford city.
