68. Mr. Flanagan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if, having regard to his reply to Parliamentary Question No. 80 of 6 June 1990 and subsequent correspondence from Deputy Flangan of 7 June 1990, he will outline the requirements for payment of installation aid which have not been met in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Laois.

Minister for Agriculture and Food (Mr. O'Kennedy): The applicant in question has now satisfied the eligibility requirements of the scheme and the premium will be paid as soon as possible. The Deputy was informed of the position by letter dated 6 July.
