Mr. Moynihan asked the Minister for the Environment if his Department has given approval for the development of a new roadway extending from the Killarney Urban District Council car park in New Street, Killarney, County Kerry to the Killorglin road; and if so, when it is proposed to advise Kerry County Council to proceed with the work.
