188. Mr. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for the Environment the reason for the delay in having payment made to a number of persons (details supplied) in County Cork in respect of a group water scheme.

Minister for the Environment (Mr. Flynn): My Department requested the group to have quality and quantity tests carried out on the proposed source. If the results are satisfactory the matter will be considered further.
