[1126] 175. Mr. Noonan (Limerick East) asked the Minister for Justice the number of persons naturalised in each of the years (a) 1987, (b) 1988, (c) 1989 and (d) to date in 1990; and their country of origin.

Minister for Justice (Mr. Burke): Records are not kept in such a way as to readily identify the country of origin of a person who has been naturalised or the previous citizenship of that person.
