81. Mr. L. Fitzgerald asked the Minister for Finance when a C2 certificate will issue to a person (details supplied) in Dublin 5, as he requires the certificate to fulfil a number of big contracts which he has recently secured.

Minister for Finance (Mr. A. Reynolds): I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the inspector of taxes wrote to the taxpayer's accountant on 30 May 1990 for the information necessary to consider his application for a sub-contractor's certificate. A reply is awaited.
