126. Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for the Environment if he will provide finance for public lighting on the Dublin to Waterford Road at Paulstown, County Kilkenny; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Minister for the Environment (Mr. Flynn): There are no proposals before my Department in relation to a public lighting scheme on the N9 Dublin to Waterford Road at Paulstown. The development of any such proposals is a matter, in the first instance, for the local authority.
